Geraint Davies

As Montfort's founder and managing director, Geraint has operated in the industry for over 30 years. Initially forging his career in Australia and returning to the UK in 1992, Geraint's own emigration experience saw a space in which to pioneer cross-border solutions for individuals emigrating. As a result, Montfort was established in 1995 as the first UK-based IFA firm to specialise in this complex sector of financial planning. Geraint also worked with HMRC to develop and pioneer solutions, such as QROPS, to facilitate overseas pension transfers. A proud Welshman, Geraint's number one passion is Welsh rugby, in addition to golf, travel and fine food!
