Your Journey
Frequently asked questions
Answers to what we hear most, whether this is your first conversation with an adviser, or your tenth.
Yes. We are happy to have an initial conversation so you can understand who we are, how we work and whether we are right for you. You do not need to decide straight away. If you need advice, we will explain what is involved and the cost before any advice begins.
Yes. International financial planning is one of our areas of expertise. We help people who live abroad, have moved between countries or have pensions, investments or other financial interests in more than one country. We can help you understand how your finances fit together across borders.
There is no set minimum amount of wealth. Everyone's situation is different, so we prefer to understand what you need help with before deciding how we can help.
We start by getting to know you, your situation and what you want to achieve. We then look at the bigger picture, including your pensions, investments and other financial plans. From there, we build a plan around what matters to you and help you put it into action. Your plan can change as your life changes, so we continue to work with you over time.
We are clear about our fees from the start. The cost depends on the advice and services you need, so there is no one price that suits everyone. We first need to understand your situation and what you need help with. We will then explain the work involved and the cost before any advice begins. You will know what you are paying for and agree to the fee before we start.
We work with people in the UK and around the world. Many of our clients are internationally mobile, including people moving abroad, returning to the UK or managing pensions, investments or other finances across different countries. We also work with people whose financial needs are based in the UK.
We look at the bigger picture, not just one pension or investment. We have particular experience helping people whose finances cross borders, where things can become more complex. We also work as a team, so your adviser has experienced people behind them. Our aim is to give you clear advice and a plan that can change as your life changes.
