Radha supports Montfort as part of our extended technical team through our collaboration with Consenta Insourcing. Since joining Consenta in 2017 and Montfort in 2023, she has become an integral part of the advice process, delivering clear, compliant, client-focused technical reports and research. Radha holds an MBA in Finance and began her career as a Financial Administrator, quickly progressing to a Paraplanner role through her dedication, curiosity, and commitment to high standards. Her work reflects a deep understanding of pensions, investments, and international financial planning, along with a meticulous approach to analysis and documentation. Working from India, Radha collaborates closely with our advisory team in the UK. Her calm, proactive nature and eye for detail help ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality support to both advisers and clients. Outside of work, Radha enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring her passion for cooking, and unwinding with music or a good film.
